Staff was very helpful and affable and provided us with a dining area, a writing table, and iron/ironing board. We could enjoy views over the Cathedral.

The apartment design is wonderful. Comfortable mattress. Central location. Easy access to food and drinks. Beautifully decorated rooms. Well-equipped with iron and ironing board. Comfortable beds. Good Wi-Fi.

Wonderful base for exploring Burgos. Marvellous and stunning setting close to the old town, and the cathedral and the pinchos restaurants. Btw, located in the square below. Very helpful and amicable staff, always smiling. Well-designed and spacious rooms, with kitchen and washing machine. A hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and complimentary toiletries available. Vews of the cathedral.

The room was well-designed and clean, and the bed was comfy. The apartment had useful amenities such as a fridge, a microwave oven, and an air conditioner. The setting in the square below was stunning and pleasant. The location was very close to the city center and the old town.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is situated right next to the cathedral, providing a stunning view from the room. Additionally, being in the vibrant night pubs area adds a lively atmosphere to the stay. The room itself was clean and well equipped, with a nicely lit bathroom and comfortable amenities.

The noise from the nearby nightclub was a major downside. The music was excessively loud and went on until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful and centrally located apartment. The decoration was lovely, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The facilities were great, including a fully equipped kitchen and a nice shower. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The apartment was clean, neat and tidy, making me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in.

There were a couple of small drawbacks. The kitchen was equipped with only basic items, so enjoying a glass of wine and a glass of water at the same time was a bit challenging.

Loved the view from the window, felt like I was in a cathedral. Also, had the joy of calling every time I wanted my air conditioning turned on, just like being on hold with customer service. So much fun!

The bed was so comfortable, I couldn't feel the springs at all. And boy, the nightclub below our room was a delightful lullaby, sang all night long.

My stay at Eleven Rooms was fantastic! I stayed there for a few nights on my way back to France. The location couldn't be better, right in front of the cathedral. The interior decoration was cozy and modern, providing all the comforts I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was functional. The staff were helpful and let me check in earlier. I loved sitting in the rocking chair on the third floor, looking out onto a stunning view of the cathedral.

Mind-blowing room with all imaginable amenities, fantastic location, incredibly clean and hygienic, extremely helpful staff!

Great city views from the window and good air-conditioning. The kitchen was well-equipped and the towels in the bathroom were clean.

We had a few issues during our stay. The coffee machine and one of the chairs were broken and despite our requests, they were not repaired.
